On Monday 5 May 2025, Quondam Village residents gathered for a special Mother’s Day event featuring an informative and interactive talk on hearing care, presented by Kind2Hearing (Eden Meadows, Edenvale). The talk was led by Cheney and Julia (an experienced audiologist), and provided residents with valuable insights into hearing health, along with personalized guidance.
Residents were treated to delightful tea-time refreshments courtesy of Kind2Hearing, making the session both educational and enjoyable. Cheney and Julia engaged actively with our residents, answering numerous questions and offering practical advice. This friendly, interactive approach ensured that residents felt comfortable discussing their hearing concerns.
One of the event’s highlights was the announcement of Kind2Hearing’s mobile services now being available to Quondam Village residents, bringing essential hearing care directly to their doorstep.
Feedback from Kind2Hearing was overwhelmingly positive, they praised the smooth organization of the event as well as the residents participation. “We were thrilled with the turnout and the level of engagement. We look forward to supporting the residents of Quondam Village with their hearing care needs,” they shared.
Attendees also expressed their appreciation. “It was great to see so many residents attending and asking questions. Cheney and Julia were patient and thorough in their answers,” one resident commented.
We thank Kind2Hearing from Eden Meadows Edenvale for their support and look forward to future collaborations that promote our residents’ well-being.
By providing easier access to services for residents like the Kind2Hearing mobile service, allows for self-care to be a priority for all our residents.
