Quondam Village is situated in Bedfordview, adjacent to the Jeppe Quondam Sports and Social Club. The village comprises of 46 independent living cottages for senior citizens.
There are a variety of options available to suit individual needs, namely: one-bedroom; two-bedroom;
two-bedroom luxury; two-bedroom and a study; three-bedroom and two-bedroom en suite.
All our units are unique ranging in size from 100sqm to 190sqm.
To protect our residents against electricity and water shortages, a solar system has been installed to power the security systems and street lights.
A borehole and water filtration system has been established to provide our residents with all their water needs.
Our units are priced from R2.0M to R3.2M with current monthly levies between R3500 to R4700
